Scope of service
Shawe Sourcing provides preliminary supplier discovery, request-for-quotation support, first-round communication and comparison of information supplied by potential vendors. The exact scope, price and delivery target should be confirmed before paid work begins.
No supplier guarantee
Screening is based on public information and direct communication. It is not a factory audit, credit check, legal opinion, certification verification, laboratory test or guarantee of future supplier performance.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer remains responsible for final supplier selection, contracts, product specifications, intellectual-property clearance, regulatory compliance, inspections, payments, shipping, customs and insurance.
Third-party costs
Samples, courier charges, inspections, testing, audits, freight, duties and third-party platform or payment fees are not included unless expressly stated. Such costs must be approved and paid by the buyer.
Pricing and delivery
Website prices are introductory package prices and may change as requirements become clearer. Delivery targets begin after the scope and required information have been confirmed.
Information accuracy
